I've been donating my hair to the locks of love for the last 10 years. I have been taken 3 tablets a day (2 in the morning before heading to work and 1 after dinner).
ISSUE with skin: The first week, my face and arm broke out with some large red dots like zits but no white substance to them. More like giant mosquito/spider bites. Based on some reviews, I figured it might be because I didn't have enough water. So, I changed my routine after that. As soon as I wake up, I would chug down 1 cup of cold water, then another cup with the 2 tablets. Get some breakfast, drink more fluid during the day, go for another cup of water together with the 3rd tablet of the day either right before or after dinner. The red dots disappeared when I had 8 or more cups of water a day. The nice thing about this new routine is that it has helped me lose some weights. I tend to feel so full with all the fluid prior to my meals, so I would eat less.
RESULTS: It's been 3 weeks. My nails became thicker and stronger though the growth rate is not significantly noticeable. But I could see a HUGE change in my hair. A lot of baby hair came out everywhere on my head, back of my neck and sideburns. No kidding! There are so many baby hair, they stick up like grass growing fiercely after a good rainy and sunny week. I have to use some hairspray to keep the baby hair down. The hairline above my forehead has stopped receding to the "north" and has started moving to the "south" to the direction of my eyebrows...I no longer see the skin where my hair parts. The new baby hair has grown and filled in the space. Yippee! My normal shiny hair becomes shinier and so silky smooth. The other day, a lady at work asked what I did to my hair to make it so "wonderfully shiny...like a beautiful sheet of black diamond". I told her I didn't do anything other than washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner and let it air dry every morning. Yesterday, I saw a friend. She had a surprised look on her face and said, "Oh my...You have beautiful hair. What do you use to make it so great looking?" I told her about this product. One side effect this product might bother you is that along with more hair on your head, you will have more hair everywhere else on your body. I don't really mind. Just need to wax more often.
WAITING: I'm waiting for the product to help me with my skin. Nothing significant yet. In the meantime, I would just continue with my normal skin care routine (in the morning, cleanse after washing out the hair conditioner, then apply SPF, moisturizer and foundation. At night, cleanse and exfoliate, then apply serum and night cream. Put on Queen Helene Masque 2-3 times a week) and drink a ton of water all day. With so much water I take a day, I would be surprised if my skin is dehydrated...LOL!
