But wow, really wow.
My hair started thinning in the front these past 2 years. It really started bugging me so I started looking for something to help me. Nothing was working and my hair kept thinning.
A friend suggested taking biotin and folic acid to help slow the hair loss. So after taking these for a few weeks I've noticed my skin is looking good, but the main thing I'm noticing is hardly any hair is following out in the shower these days. And I was checking my scalp in the thin area and saw tiny little hairs sprouting!
